Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, is a Canadian actress most well-known for her role as Bo on the Showcase series Lost Girl. Silk was made at Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay is the director of drama and producer of drama and production at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. The father of Silk, Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her first experiences as being at play rehearsals with her mother. Silk was a part of a variety of commercials when she was a kid. The Bachelor in Arts was conferred from St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk was able to move from Toronto in the month of November 1999 to Los Angeles California to pursue her acting career. Seth Cooperman is her future husband, who she first met during her time in Los Angeles at an Actors workshop. Following their engagement in 2008, the couple were married in the year 2009. On April 10 2011 they renewed their vows in a Jewish celebration in Fredericton after she converted to Judaism. Silk got a baby who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13 2013. Levi Aaron, Silk's second son was born in the month of May in 2016. Silk's work on television includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica and she won the Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. She landed a principal role as Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus on the television show Lost Girl. Silk fell pregnant during the filming of season three's finale and announced this to the viewers during the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk, who has been doing work on the show since the season's third finale episode premiered on January 6, 2013 on Twitter, announced her intention to return the 4th of June 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of the fourth.
